I am male andaverage male height so I have no problem, but it seems to me that an astute bike shop, for a few bucks, could make a sportbike (read that as taller bike) fit a lady(5'4" or 5'5") by sliding the forks up the triple clamps and getting shorter aftermarket shocks. The loss of clearance would only affect the exceptional riders who need the extra clearance. If you combined that with a Corbin seat you could drop a lot of height.
It seems to me there could be potential to generate a lot of sales if a shop specialized in making bikes fit women. And a shop with girls around would probably attract guys as a side benefit LOL. Any way has somebody tried this?
