So a couple of weeks ago the wife and I decided to go visit some friends of ours in the Kootenays on our motorcycles. Well, we were unable to get someone to babysit our pets so we had to take them with us.
The wife said no problem. We just put one of the bikes into the truck and ride the other one. This way we can take the pets as well as both motorcycles. I suggested that we put both into the truck to which she replied no way my friend I'm going to ride. Now I give you three guesses as to who was going to drive the truck and two of them you wont need.
Furthermore she recommended that we should put the ZX6R onto the truck in case she gets tired and wants to switch with me I could ride my bike then instead of hers.
Well, that made sense to me. Why not be Mr. Nice Guy and let her ride. After all, chances are she will get tired and would want to switch soon.
Gues how much riding I got to do on the way there and back?? None, zero, nada. She took the R1 with a big grin on her face and went for it. Now I must say that I was amazed at how well this woman had learnt to ride a motorcycle but to be inside a truck watching your baby ride your baby made me all at the same time.
Now the question is when we go for a ride and I don't make it to hte garage before her which bike will she be on?? She was really impressed with my baby which I knew she would be.
I can already see myself buying another R1.
By the way, the riding in the Kootenays was incredible.
