I am looking into buying a size 44 Teknic Jacket online. I am 5'11, 150lbs, skinny build. Would this size be ok for me?
I'd go 42.

Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

I am about the same size as you and I tried a Teknic in a 40 at Imperial and there was still a lot of room on the back of the shoulders. Ended up getting a different brand because of it.Originally Posted by Furious Fiero
Do any of the local shops have that particular model in stock so you can try it on?
I have tried on a Teknic size 44 jacket before, not the exact model as the one I am buying though. It fit alright.
The good thing is that the guy I am buying it off said that I could return it if it doesnt fit me properly. I think I will just try it out.
THanks for the help guys.
the jackets are supposed to be a snug fit so that the armour does not move if you go down. I would suggest 42 the biggest. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs, Asian build and a 44 teknic speedstar fits me perfect in the chest but very snug in the arms. A 46 is too big for a riding jacket but nice as a regular jacket.
See if you can try the jacket on here at a local shop before you buy it. That way it saves you the hassle of sending it back if it doe not fit.

i am 190 lbs and 6'1" and the teknic 44 suit fit me (tight but it stretched out and was perfect). I would recommend no bigger than a 42.. if you are skinny (not muscular either) than even smalle rmay work better. Try it on at a shop first.
Go To The Shop - Try It On - Should Be Snug So It Doesnt Move When Your Sliding Out In It!
