check the voltage across the battery terminals to make sure the battery has a charge. A brand spanking new battery needs to be charged first.

check the battery is connected properly, the red to positive, the black to neg

Ask this question on this site:

More chances that someone will know what the problem is since it is a TL site.

I had the same problem, absolutely nothing. I looked on the planet and they told me to check the fuse. I believe there are two fuses that you can check, one is the spare one and one is the live one. I checked and sure enough one was burnt. I switched'em up and then replaced the spare one later that week. I wonder if this would be the case for your TL as well?

Fuse is most likely. Check all your connections. I have an extra wiring harness and computer if you need to experiment after

If there is nothing no power at all try the main fuse it is always connected to the positive lead of the battery just trace it back from the post to the fuse you will find it there somewhere and check, most likely ur cuplrit.
