So I'm picked up from college and we're driving down 12th street, just passed 8th avenue. I hear squeeling tires and a dodge pickup flies out behind us and nearly re-ends us. First thing on my mind was, "Sh!t... if I was on my motorcycle..."
Now if anyone knows 12th street through New West they know it's a single lane, but in some areas vehicles park along the side. He decides to rip past us in the parking lane (though it's not so much a lane, just a pushed back sidewalk) and continues to fly down the street. That's when I spot the most ironic thing... two bumper stickers, both the same. What were they? BCCOM bumper stickers about being seen and not hit.
F*cking idiot driver. Where was he in a rush to that he had to pass us? Not far. He pulled over the next block. Older Dodge Pickup, White/Grey, licence was 2622 HT or something of that sort. What out for this truck (though, the driver at the time I saw the truck MAY not have been the owner of the vehicle. Who knows. Just thought the hypocrisy was humourous).
