Does anyone know if Xena has customer service support? I went to their website, couldn't find anything about service support.
I have a Xena disc lock and I had two keys. Now I just have one because of their stupid convention. I only have the plastic part of the key. The metal part (key) is gone. They use a screw to hold the plastic part and the key together. I didn't frigging know until now. That's so stupid. The metal part is probably someowhere on the highway.
What the hell can I do now??? Buy a new lock or get support??
