look where you want to go even if there's no chance in hell of actually getting there..
hhhmmm, looks like that could easily be fatal.
The car actually held up pretty well. Suprising.

I have never liked Smart cars. Everyone who drives them has a smirk on their face and thinks they are pretty smart for driving a smart car! I still would like to see how it would fair in a accident with an SUV. I seriously think Smart car drivers need to drive with the same vigilance that motorcycle riders do.
However, it seems to do well with the concrete barrier, but how often do we run into a concrete barrier directly head on?
Ahh.. good ole Tif Needel. I sure wish we got ITV here. Sigh.
the car held up, but how bout a driver? u see how far the airbag went into that seat. Crunch!

The world is a tragedy to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think.
I think that shows you could survive a crash.
Am I wrong? I have no sound so I can't hear what the dude is saying.
I would still buy one.
The person driving that car would probably loose the lower portion of their leg because the front wheels is where the legs would be.
A bad day of riding is, still better than a good day of work.
frank and i saw the aftermath of a smart car accident while in squamish one ride.
there was obviously a collision with all the car bits everywhere, but the recovery team was pulling a silver smart car out of the ditch. dragging it on a cable. upside down. its height was considerably less than what it was when it was driven off the lot. we think it hit a truck.
we were sitting in white spot when the emergency vehicles went past. several ambulances, so i would surmise there were multiple victims in the crash. with the amount of emergency vehicles in total i would say it was serious.
after seeing that mess first hand, i really don't think i will be looking into purchasing one any time soon.

I was thinking it would be completly destroyed but it held up good!!
70mph is pretty fast in lots of cars ... the car cage definetly held up the way it was designed but the sheer impact could be deadly.
you do have to drive the car like a motorcyle in the sense that lots of people don't see you and some just take advantage of your small road presence ...
