So.. about an hour ago.. In a moment of sheer genius, I backed up into someone... This was a whole whopping 45 minutes after I was all excited because I fixed my truck and got it running again..
Anyways, so I back into this mustang, clip its front end pretty nicely with the corner of my bumped and
A) Fuck up the grill
B) bust a small part of the lip of his fiberglass hood up
C) Fuck up the hood.. fuckin.. clamp.. thing that holds it down
D) Scuff up the bumper..
Now, from browsing ICBC's website.. It looks as though, regardless of the cost of the claim, you go up a certain amount of points on their gay ass claim rating scale?..
Just wanted to know if anyone else has recently gone through a claim were they were at fault, and if so, how it affected their rates and if this bullshit claim rating scale is accurate? Also, does the rate adjustment only take affect when you take out a new policy?
Thanks for any info, feel free to throw a jibe or to in for my sheer stupidity... Course my only "accident" in 7 years of driving has to be something as menial as this..
