So who's been up to the hills? We've had all this rain down here and some snow up there. Can anyone give us the heads up?

I was on Whister today, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! One of the best days I've ever had, and I lived there for 3 years between '97 and '00. They had 90cm of snow in the last 36 hrs in the alpine. One of the first in line for the peak chair. It killed, truly awesome pow!

There will still be tons of great untracked lines in the backcountry for the next week, and they're supposed to get another dump on Tuesday.

I was at Seymour on Wednesday and it would jus not stop snowing. THe amount of powder was amazing. It sucked cuz the visibility was poor and the heavy snow didnt help, but it was great for the carving and jumps. Everytime you'd go down, then back up, a new layer was formed. Like havin the ice cleaned every time you're on the bench between shifts

today i was at Cypress, and it was beautiful weather. They had jus gotten 25cm of snow in the last 24 hrs, but the runs became icy after bein ironed down by all the skiers and boarders. Nonetheless, made for a helluva fun day on the slopes. Best part is that there is more snow in the forecast this week for all mountains. Cant wait to get my new board (so buy my old one )

i was up in whistler for the weekend and it was great. plus our hotel was 75% booked by the university washington so it was like girls gone wild with slightly more clothes. We got upgraded to a suite because of the noise. good times.

Seymour as of the 18th (night time) - hard packed and fast. Quite a bit of snow.

Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.
