Long story short, my norco fluid 3 got ripped from my garage on the weekend. The garage was unattended for no more than 5 minutes and the bike was hanging by both wheels from hooks in the ceiling OVER THE CAR. They must've wanted it pretty bad. Anyway, insurance has a cap of $500 per bike with a $500 deductible so I'm SOL. My dilema is this; I've had that bike for a couple of years and I really like(d) it, but I'm wondering if any of you have any suggestions as to what I should get now. I do mostly cross country with a fair bit of nasty up and down rocky stumpy trails so I want a full suspension that is fairly light. I don't want to spend $4000 if I don't have to but to replace my bike exactly, it will cost me at least $3000 for an '06 model. Anybody have any suggestions for a good alternative to norco? And of course, if any of you have something good for sale, post up with pics.
