Burnaby Kawasaki sucks!!!!!!!
Many of my buddies deals with BK for years now and most of those guys even bought their bikes there. Based on that, I went and bought a two-piece riding suite from them. I wore the leather suite twice. On the second time, the plastic end of the zipper broke in half. When I went to return it, I was told I can not return it but my suite will be sent out for repair. Three weeks later, I went to pick it up and noticed that they actually "crazy glued" it back.
I voiced my dissatisfaction to Brian and was told that if this zipper acts up again, I should not have any problem getting the whole suite replaced (considering the suite is still new, that should not be a difficult task).
No more than a month later, the entire zipper broke off. When I returned the suite for the second time, Brian assured me that he will take care of this for me.
It has been over 1 1/2 month, and I am still getting a run-around. Each time I call to get an update on the process, I get the same answer: "I should know by next week."
Now, I know some of you are loyal to BK, so I am trying not to offend anyone here. I just want the rest of the riders to know that if you are looking for riding gears, BK maybe the place to go. However, if you are looking for service once you have bought those gears from BK, you might have better luck playing the lottery.
Remember, this is not what I have heard but what I am experiencing with BK. Who know, maybe it won't happen to anyone else but do you want to take that chance?
Sorry to bore you with my problem, just looking out for my fellow riders.
