    NEW RIDERS NETWORK Mon MAR 20 , 7pm @ 5thgear

IN the spirit of keeping Julia's event going we'll be having a "New Riders Network" at #2170 21000 westminster hwy Richmond

We'll be discussing various topics related to motorcycle safety and general helpful knowledge.

It's a good oppurtunity to learn about motorcycling from some industry experts and meet some new riders like yourself looking for people to ride with.

Last seminar Bernie talked about motorcycle storage and preventing bike theft, we also had a demonstration opf the bike brace and some really good riding tips from Steve Dick. Everyone left with a door prize

This one Bernie requires a bike for demonstration purposes ????

    Cost: FREE FREE FREE !!!

WHO : Anyone who wants to learn about bikes and socialize. Everyones a VIP
    here

FOOD : If you can bring munchies (healthy this time prefered) or chairs post up , thanks

I'm in as long as my schedule stays as it is now.
If it stays open I'll bring some kind of veggie platter or something.

In the end, this argument falls into the vanity arena. Which is more important: Your safety and comfort on a bike or what your friends think?

I should be there. I'll probably bring some snacks, but no idea what as yet.

Well, when I was living in Shellbyville, because I used to live there you know, anyway, I was getting up everyday at the same time, because that's what we did in Shellbyville, but anyway, .......

Sounds good. I'll see about bringing something terribly unhealthy from the bakery.

    Thanks Bill for hosting
Thanks Bernie for sharing your basic set-up and maintenance tips
Thanks Pete, Jody and Thor for sharing your innermost secrets on stage
Thanks to everyone who brought all the food

Ha ha! Whoever didn't come tonight totally missed out on a great 20 questions period when Bill grabbed three 'volunteers' from the audience and asked them all sorts of questions about their riding experiences. Bill did a great Larry King impression, pulling out some awesome wisdom from our lovely guests on stage!

I can't wait for the next one, and neither should you! Come and eat free food and meet a really great bunch of people! And come back the next day and buy stuff from Bill! (shameless plug for our gracious host).

    Cheers!

I rode Deal's Gap / The Dragon in September 2007 and I visited Yellowstone in August 2010. Where have you been?
