maybe a day or so more of practice ?
i realize its only once a year ,but if im team owner or factory guy im calling in the guys from suzuka or lemans and get some ringers in there to save time who can actualy pull off a pitstop without so many prbs .i saw the sook guys rebuild nearly an entire bike after a major crash ,it left the pits MINT
Yamaha guys had eboz out with fuel and tires crazy fast ,honda guys kinda boobed up a bit almost sent out hayes with one brake ,trying to tape on duhamels visor was really bad ,they all seemed to have a bit of probs with pumpng the brakes ,but not anything unusual ,gotta get me one of those frame stands from the side ( very cool )
looked like the privateers were faster with thier 100buk rear stands and a few buddies .less pressure i guess
im sure under those circumstances its kinda crazy anyway
but for ALL around complete fuk up was BUELL for jermey mcwilliams
slowly crawled to the bike with the fuel can,6 tries at trying to get the tire on ,axle went in and out a few times ,fell onto the ohlins forks off the stand 3 times without a tire ,the guys were trying to hold it up themselves,best one was one the mech just threw his hands up and walked away ,bled the brakes for about 30 sec or more ,left the towel on his neck to fly onto the track ( i think that was him ) ,jeremy had to pump the brakes himself on his way out,,now that was bad
great job with the pace car giving zemke a giant lead and screwing ovr eboz and duhamel 12secs lead ,the guy nearly breaks his neck,and AMA takes it out of his hands .
