I just bought an ipod nano that after further investigation I think I will take back. I've heard the batteries only last a year and you have to send the thing back to the factory to get a new battery at a cost of $65 which is alright I guess considering I would have to buy batteries. But the ipod you send in is not the ipod you get back. You get some other guys’ ipod which is kind of weird. What if the thing craps out? I don't think the ipod you get back is covered under a warranty for any period of time. It’s like you pay the money to rent an ipod.
