Does anyone work in a shop that has a router table set up to take a 4x8 or 5x10 sheet of MDF? Or have a lead on an X-Y old table sitting in the corner collecting dust? I have to make cylinders of Solid MDF wood. 29" diameter. Some components will need 2 1/2 D machining. Would like to save time and use as much Z axis as possible.
Are there any 'pay as you go' wood shops in the lower mainland that have this type of equipment? Theres a place in Quesnel, but the fellow that had the know how to run the CNC table has just left the company.... It has put a big damper in my plans.
