So yesterday was my first full day of riding.. and towards the end of the night (i put in about 200km) my clutching hand wrist was hurting too much to ride anymore... today the pain is still here...
is it because i have never worked out my wrist/hand before, and clutching is building more muscle - which in turn is causing pain?
what's the best way to deal with this? take a break from riding? start working out my wrists with weights? continue riding and it'll eventually go away?
any help would be appreciated because i want to get back on my bike as soon as possible
