During a traffic jam like the #1 west bound before the port mann in the mornings and eves, do any of you ride the shoulder?
Or any other jams ?
Anyone ever been caught or fined or given a nasty look by cagers?
What is the moral stance on this issue? I say riders have a right not to be stuck in a jam! I ride the shoulder, but slowly and cautiously keeping an eye out for the heat.
The traffic accross the Port Mann is a fricking joke. I am so sick of the gov't hesitation to fix the situation properly. The HOV lane east bound is a crock of shit. One day, b/c of an accident 4 hours earlier, I was in my truck, backed up to 200th at 4pm. It took 1.5 hours to get to the bridge! Just stupid!
