You could try Dennis Kirk out of the States. The dollar is good and most of the parts may be American made which will save you some duty costs.

For sure buy online the dollar is so strong you might as well take advantage of it. Do your research first though. O ya no UPS they are assholes go FEDEX much more reliable IMHO, if you have a choice.

The parts books all the local retailers carry such as Parts Canada, Motovan, and all those other ones are fairly pricey compared to dealers in the states. The prices in those books include the 25% that goes to the dealers. So a $500 pipe means the dealer gets $125 just for making a phone call. So it's pretty easy to order online and cut out the middle man.

    Terry, have you tried baysideperformance.com
Kevin will give you a great deal, probably cheaper than anywhere else. I have bought all my accessories from there. I couldn't get any better deals, anywhere.

Well depending on how they ship you could get raped on brokerage fees. UPS is brutal for that which is why I suggested those two places. You pick it up and run it through customs yourself. Takes more time but you'll save some money and time.

That being said you can get whatever you want through any dealer locally. For your bike you could go through Pac Yam or Western Yami. Both will cut you deals if you purchased your bike through them. Personally I still buy most of my stuff locally. I get a bit of deal on stuff and I like not having to run all over the place to get stuff. There's something about instant gratification as well.

Just ship them ups/fedex or what ever dennis kirk likes, to TSB Shipping in Pt. Roberts, they take about 3 days, cost's ya like 3 bucks to pick up the parcel, declare it at the boarder, pay your pst/gst and you are on your way! Bring a copy of your invoice stating the cost because sometimes the shipping company does not include it(email invoice only)and the boys and girls at the boarder can be assholes about things like this.
