I'm sure some of you have perhaps been in the same situation.
Got my novice licence now, will have my full licence after I take the remaining traffic skills course with BCSafety.
I've been drooling over street motorcycle brochures since I was 10 or 12yrs old. I finally convinced my wife to let me take the motorcycle course so I could ride with a friend out in Ontario this month.
For me it feels like the final stepping stone towards having my own street bike. Sure, don't get me wrong... I do like my dirt bike very much but it's not the be all end all of motorcycling.
How do you convince your spouse to let you buy a bike given the fact that she says the only way I can buy one is if I get a divorce? Pretty harsh I know but I do love her dearly... wouldn't still be here if it wasn't for 13 good years.
I feel like I'm stuck between a rock & a hard place. Literally every waking minute and sometimes sleeping/dreaming minute I think about street bikes. I'm starting to go freakin insane.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
