So I got a letter from ICBC yesterday, upon opening, I discovered a bill for $175 inside!!
check this out: 2 violations. One from Feb, 2005(disputed, concluded Oct '05).
Second one happened in Feb, 2006. not disputed, paid within a week( I was CLEARLY in a wrong on that one and i knew it).
Now, if I disputed the SECOND one as well, instead of just paying it like a sucker, it'd have rolled waaaaaaay past my b-day and fallen on the next ICBC 'assessment period'. but I didn't, so they got clumped together, presto I'm stuck with a fucking bill which apparently cannot really be disputed or adjusted, because as we all know, ICBC doesn't make mistakes.
Waste courts time and dispute every fucking thing. or, be a sucker and pay any tickets you get right away wether they're justified or not, and dispute nothing.
