A friend of mine is opening an Indian food restaurant in Langley soon and i'm taste testing (white guys with weak spice tolerance represent!) some of the first menu samples tonight. Anybody here have a lot of Indian food knowlege?
Sounds like a lof of what I lumped into 'indian food' was South Indian style (tandoori etc) which they won't be doing, at least not initially.
Anybody have suggestions for what should be on the menu? I'll run it by him (and his wife, the cook) when I'm there. All I know so far is that her shrimp currey was real yummy .
