Holy shit. I have watched tons of people do the POPAT/PARE test, read the research, etc. and heard people say it's challenging.
I am in quite good shape, and I had the opportunity to try it yesterday. Holy fuck me gently, it was just as hard as I thought it would be!
Sheesh, by the third lap I felt like crap. When the push/pull was done, I felt worse. By the time I hit the vault dealie and finally stood up, I really needed some water. Time: 3:52.
