mechanic is recommending that the chain and sprocket on my bike be changed (not necessary, but recommended).
I am fairly mechanically inclined when it come to cars, but have never worked on a bike before. I have the Haynes manual for the bike which is a 1989 Yamaha FZ600, do you think that this is a job a do-it-yourselfer can handle? anyone have experience with this? Hints? special tools necessary, and if so probably Canadian Tire rents them out?
I havent read the Haynes manual on this yet, but depending on what I read, i probably be doing the job within the next week or 2.
Any input would be great.
Thanks alot guys.
