Ok... Here's my story. Last week I was bombing around west van doing around 180. My bike starts shifting its weight. I take the horseubay exit, and head down to the villige. I put my kick stand up, and my tire pops!
Anyways I panic, call some tow truck guys. It's a sunday so they are all hung-over and in a bad mood. They want to charge me like 200 bucks to tow it! So I call Kevin From Bayside Performace.. He charges 50 bucks picks me and my bike up. He drops me off at work, and takes my 600rr to those crazy dudes at 5th gear. They put this sweet sticky tire on the rear. Michelin Power something. Awsome price like 220 or something. I ask the girl at the shop, how to break it ect.. She's like take it easy ect...
I am on my 600rr on lougheed highway, and decide to pull a wheelie for the ladies of catus club. I usally can pull a 9 clock wheelie at 12 grand or so.. I have only been doing them for a couple of months.I cranked the throttle like I normaly do. My freaking bike does this crazy 12 clock wheelie straight up into the sky!! I saw a couple of birds in the sky looking down on me. I slammed down, my helmet hitting my tank. Of course I try to look cool, and act like I meant to do it. Just as I come down, I hear the sound of bells. Corner of my eye, a RCMP cruiser on the other side of the highway divider. Put his lights on and halls ass to get to the next set of lights to corner. What do I do? I start singing
Sleigh bells ring, are you listening,
in the lane, snow is glistening
A beautiful sight,
we're happy tonight,
walking in a winter wonderland.
I pet 600rr on the belly and said, "lets go girl". YEEEEEEE - HAAAAAAWWW
The cruiser turned his sirens off, when he heard my sonic Boom!!! I named my rear tire, Veronica.
If these guys where on my rear. Then I would be in Trouble!
Anyone have these tires? Any thoughts? Please Don't call me a Troll.
PS: Still looking for a Wingman.
