I got 2 helmet communicators from Collett Electronics (made in canada). I was using them to synch some speed runs on the Coquihalla, and I hardly use them anymore cuz my riding has changed so they're up for grabs.
they both work perfectly, and come will all equipment needed; 2x Battery packs, 2x battery pack chargers, 2x helmet ear-phones w. velcro tabs to keep em in.
All you have to do is clip them to the side of the helmet (they have clips on the back-side), install the ear-phones in the helmet and hide the wiring as you see fit, then hook it up and adjust the sensitivity/volume (two knobs on the comm unit). They have a great range (well over a mile depending on mountains, etc) and are voice activated. Just what you and your buddy need to plan and avoid certain situations
how does 150 bucks sound for both? The cash is going towards stunt-parts... so help a busted bike out
PM me if interested.
