Hey, i am really interested in going to Japan and teaching English. I am 20, currently a college student, and i dont have the best grades. But I was told is i just need to get a B in grade 12 English that i dont have since i screwed around alot in highschool, or i need a B in college English. So i will be taking that next semester.
So I would like to know what are my chances of finding work as a English teacher in Japan at such a young age and only 2 years of college?
Is there anyplace in B.C that i can look for a job before i hop onto a plane to Japan hoping to find something there?
I am looking for some adventure and some money and a different environment than Lower mainland. I love Japan, always wanted to go mostly to Tokyo but doesnt matter, and I love Japanese girls.
Give me some help and advice, experience or if you know someone that hires or knows anyone that is looking for a english teacher that would be cool, or even if you could show me some websites that could help me out.
I personally would love to teach highschool kids or young adults, i dont really want to babysit kindergarden kids.
Thanks in advance.
