So after 20ish winters of bike only commuting crap, I finally bought a car.
I went to Cambodian tire for a steering wheel & pedal lock and picked up the $20 version.
First off, the key wouldn't fit, without great force,
then the tumbler wouldn't turn, without great force,
This one had a little hinge section that enclosed around the steering wheel and that wouldn't open..., without great force.
I got the clamp to open because the cheap pot metal hinge broke.
It's going back tommorow. If I can break it with my hands, I don't think it has any security value.
My question is, does anybody know a good version of these?
I know buying cheep equals bad products but how the hell can you sell something that can't work when it's new, or fufill it's actual purpose.
