After searching on the net and trying a hundred different things I'm stumped. I moved into a new place and am using a new ADSL company for my internet. I've brought my DLink wireless router from my old place and am trying to set-up the network here. To setup, I need to connect the ADSL Modem to the wireless modem. Then from the wireless modem to the computer with a hard cable. I'm supposed to then connect to an http://192... address and set-up my ISP, password etc. However, when I hardwire the wireless modem to my cpu, I can't get on my new ADSL account, therefore I can't set-up the new password, isp etc. I think somehow the wireless modem is still configured to the old settings and refuses to hop onto the new network (compared to when I bought it and configured it for it's first network). I've tried hardware resets in all strange manners to no avail. Help!!
