I'm at my wits end. Does anyone have experience dealing with ebay disputes? I've pretty much given up getting the item or my money back.
In November I purchased two motogp dvd's from a ebay store. one was delivered the other not. I waited a bit then sent some emails asking where it was. some time later I got a message that the item was "backordered" and they couldn't say when it would be available. This pissed me off, the item was in stock when I "bought" it! I asked for my money back, and left feedback.
And that's where I am now. They've taken it to mediation, and have not responded for over a week now. They won't respond to my emails, and nothing has been done.
I imagine i'm screwed. anybody got any bright ideas? i'm thinking letter bombs or viruses.
