Just wondering, I was diagnosed Type 2 diabetic about 5 years ago, now if I wasn't diagnosed I would probably still be on a downward spiral of junk food and sedentary lifestyle.
I was 205lbs. at my heaviest and when I look at some old pics I say to my self "Damn I was a fat ass" for my height.
Now I am 160lbs. lean and in very good shape, it took a serious disease for me to get my ass in gear and to get in shape.
Now what I'm wondering for the people that are over 30 some years old, Do you care about your weight and health issuses? or do you think "I'm getting old and it's just part of the natural progression that happens with age".
Cause I say bullshit I'm gonna fight it every step of the way, Hell I'm in better shape than most average 20 somethings that I see every day.
Just curious to what your fitness regimes are like. I lift weights 3 days a week, cardio 2 days a week, and throw in some soccer, football, basketball, hockey with kids on the weekends.
Does this sound familiar. Or are you all a bunch lazy, sloth like fat asses that drink too much, smoke too much and love the Mickey Dee's. Just wondering.
