Most of you knew I high sided a few weeks ago. Well I'm back in the saddle again, recovered from my minor injuries enjoyin the few days of sun we have had. WOOHOO!!
I wanted to "publicly" let RMS know and other RMS customers or non customers of my happy dealings with them. As you know I also had RMS rebuild my engine, through warranty which was a bit tiring but in the end, the result was great.
I had a rough experience with ICBC with this accident. I consulted RMS-Service Dept to know what my options were and they were more than happy to help me out in anyway they could. At one point Myles in the Service Dept actually went out of his way to get ICBC to co-operate as they were not listening to my requests. Myles did most of the correspondence with ICBC and most of it was out of my hands, which was nice as I felt Myles was taking care of my best interests and my bike.
In the end my bike is repaired in a good amount of time. Customer serivice was great in dealing with all the guys in the Service Dept.
I want to thank Myles for going the extra mile for me and doing more than he had to. To the mechanics who worked on my bike and getting it done in good time, and the other staff that saw me in there every week and sending a hello and a smile!!
