After spending 2 days getting screwed over by the bureaucratic system... including an entire day at the DMV here in Osaka....
they need some form from "British Columbia" to prove that I've been driving since I was 16 (since the current issue of my license was issued in 2005). "Please call British Columbia and ask them for the document" they kept telling me... as I kept telling them it's impossible to call a province.
Anyways, has anyone ever tried getting a document like this that shows your driving/riding and licensing history from ICBC?
Or do I have to find some stupid ministry government office?
(they had some obscure government office address in a book)
Anyone else ever had to deal with this kind of stuff?
