I did a search and read up on some of the martial arts people were into in the past on this site. Both threads are a year or two old though.
I would appreciate hearing from people who are involved in them. What type(s) you like...pros, cons, where you train, how much time is required?
For me personally I'm looking for something that will improve my fitness, flexibility, and a style that is more practical fighting style as opposed to something that is purely for sport.
Anyone? I appreciate your info in advance!
