He brushed the wall with his left shoulder just before he came into that camera's view. At that speed it doesn't take much to lose your grip on the bars.

I know Milky and he explained what happened.... They had raised the rear of the bike in attempt to fix vibrations at high speed. As a result, the bike turned into corners a bit quicker than normal. As he approached Ballspur (just out of video shot) his shoulder clipped the wall and knocked him backwards. This is why he comes into view with his hands off the bars. He was not unconsious but couldn't get back in time before he hit the bails. He did not die. He retired from racing.
