So, I have this house in Coquitlam, 3 bedrooms, and my two roomates just moved out. So, I went to craigslist to find a couple other people to fill those rooms. Found a couple awesome people, totally get along with them, no problems. That is, for the first week.
Now, the one guy's "ex"-girlfriend is over CONSTANTLY. I'm not saying she comes to visit a lot...I'm talkin, if he's here, SHE's here. She's now stayed over here 11 nights in a row, having a shower here every morning as well.
Now, the house is already crowded enough as-is with three of us...I'd rather it be just two, but I can't afford it. Add in a 4th, and it's just too much....I didn't get to shower this morning before going out because I was waiting around for the two of them to finish with the bathroom (one bathroom place).
When she first started showing up a lot, she also clunked around in her high heel shoes on my hardwood floors and made some loud phone calls around 3am on a weeknight, but golly i sure did put a stop to that fast.
So let's hear some opinions on how i should handle it? I still get along with him fine and have no problems with him whatsoever...I just want a home where i can come home and relax and not be over-crowded by 3 other people (and two dogs as well). I don't want suggestions like "she should pay for part of the bill" or "pay a partial rent" or something....it's not about the money....I just plain don't want 4 people living here, which is basically what it is right now.
