so after putting my engine and bike back together, and after realizing the spark problem we were having was a bad pickup, i took off the side cover, and noticed that the oil that had seeped out was pretty much chocolate milk.
hurrah. i now have distilled water in my crankcase. anyways, the head was torqued down properly, with a brand new OEM headgasket, so im fairly sure thats not the problem. not to mention the bike never actually started, the coolant got into the bottom end just while cranking it over while trying to sort out an electrical issue. i have drained the oil now, but it sat with it for 3 or 4 days while i was figuring out my spark before i realized it.
so... where could it be coming from? water pump seal? anythign else? oh, and the bike is a zx6-d.
i get spark now too, damn irony.
