    Nice Italian Bike

    and no it ain't a Duc.......Bimota DB5R, 1100 ,90 degree L Twin, 170 kg wgt, ohlins frt and rear, Oz Racing aluminum wheels., dry weave carbon-fiber body... looks to be pricey.

    if it's a DB designation Bimota, then yes, it is a Duc. At least the motor is.

    DB = Ducati, SB = Suzuki I think they made a YB = Yamaha not so sure though correct me if I'm wrong.......

    Yup they've used yami engines.. That bike doesn't strike me as a true bimota, is it real? I mean seriously the tail and fairings look damn close to rip-offs, Bimota usually sets themselves apart with their body work.

    KB = Kawasaki. Aaahhhh, the KB2 Laser .............. hot bike of the dy when I was inschool and reading bikes mags stuffed inside biology books.

    Nick Ienatsch restored one a few years back and did a storey about it in Cycle World. I look at it now and think "what a tank".

    Yep, won a World Superbike race in the rain at Phillip Island (bike used a Suzuki TLR motor). IIRC, the motor locked up in race two and sent him for a nasty tumble.
