    Good Summer Jacket?

Can anyone suggest a good summer jacket?

I want something more than just mesh - mesh only jackets scare me.

Something with plenty of airflow, decent armour, abrasion resistance, style etc.

    Watcha got?

In this heat you'll be glad you bought a perforated leather jacket!!!!

I took off the sleeves and lower body panels from my Joe Rocket Alter Ego textile jacket yesterday and it was cool, cool, cool riding around in the heat yesterday afternoon/evening. The armour remains in the jacket at the shoulders, elbows and back, as well as the heavier textile outer shell at the upper back and shoulders. This jacket also comes with a detachable inner waterproof liner jacket, so it's a good 3-in-1 jacket.

The answer to ur question is the alpinestar smx air-flow jacket. The jacket makes u feel like u are wearing mesh but its actually a leather jacket.

I just got a white jordan xiii jacket and got it peforated under the arms. doesn't attract as much heat and combined with the vents open the air flows really good. you should try to get a perforated leather, best protection.

I have the Astars T-Venom and it does everything you are asking for. It has full armour (elbows and shoulders), mesh in certain spots, textile in other spots, and I paid an extra $30 for the back protector insert.
