Well I'm going to be doing my first (sorta second) track day in September at PR in Seattle, and I'm a little worried.
My first track experience had highs and one big low(side) in turn 9 at mission.
I laid my knee down a couple times but don't think I'm doing it properly at all.
Eventually I think this was what caused me to lowside. That or looking over my shoulder worrying about someone passing me.
Anyone have any tips, books, links, or videos they can recommend me to watch?
Should my focus be to be smooth and not even think about draggin a knee?
Any contructive comments would be much appreciated. Or even "drills" I can practice.
