Thought this would be the best place to ask since a lot of you guys have done it!
There's a big dualsport ride going on up in Kamloops on the weekend of the 18th/19th, and I was registered a long while ago, but have since sold my dualsport for a better ride (fiance ). Just picked up an old (old as me!) 125 smoker last night to play with, and thought it'd be a hoot to trailer up there and have some fun. There are quite a few pavement sections of road for connectors though, so I'll need a plate.
It's worth a few hundred bucks to me to be able to just ride to a trail or two in the area or legally connect from one area to another like in Kamloops.
Anyway, what is the absolute bare minimum to get this thing on the street? I know some two-smokers have been legalized, but does it all have to be incredibly legit? I just don't know if they check all the hard-wiring for the headlight and turn signals and all that stuff, and if I could come up with some sort of temporary solution just to get the plate on there that'd be great.
Do I need a headlight?
Im guessing brake light is mandatory
