Alright so I know I'm gonna loose some kind of weird internet forum/sport bike respect for saying this...but I'm a fan of Buell motorcycles. Not the Ulysses or thumper Blast...but the Firebolt/Lightning and the new 1125R. I should mention I've never ridden one, so can't confidently say they are worth my time...but the unique design, engineering innovations, styling, and huge 1200c twin appeal to me (so do the aftermarket mods...around 140hp and 140lbft! with Jardine Can, K&N, and race ECU). I know they are American made and slightly prone to some reliability issues and have loads of cheap parts...but I bet the amount of fun you could have rolling on that huge wave of torque would more than make up for it...anywayzzzz
Getting to the point of the thread now...I was just curious as to who has any constructive criticism or rants/raves to say about them. Those who have owned them, what have you had to deal with? Those that have just ridden them sum up the experience etc.
Thanks! and werd to big bird...omg
