ill keep it short
last year i bought a gpr stabilizer from laguna seca direct from gpr, from day one it leaked like no other till it began to spray. my numerous attempts to contact them was futile and unsuccessful.
so this year i went to the GP again i confronted them directly. Ralph the owner was at hand and promised me he would personally get it fixed.
as soon as i got home from seca, i decided to email Ralph and this is what i get
"ralph is out of the office until 9-15-07"
after several weeks of constant emails on my part heres what he finally says
"go to the web site and download the repair form and send
it in . the unit will be repaired and sent back to you.
tell them you talked to me, and any questions, they should call me.
so i sent out my stabilizer. that was over 4 weeks ago. again i constantly attempted to keep in touch with them and find out what is going on. finally im fed up and sent this email to them
I have no idea what is going on with my stablizer. Since day one
ive had problems with it. From leaks to what felt like it binding. You
guys assured me that this is normal for a brand new stabilizer. "Just
wipe off the fluid" so i wiped and wiped and wiped. After awhile the
leak turned into a spray. After attempting to contact you guys and get
a straight answer i finally gave up after 8 months of it. I took it
off the bike and it sat in my garage. Finally this year I went down to
laguna seca and decided to confront you guys at your booth. Luckily
Ralph was there. He assured me that he would personally look into it
and get it resolved. Laguna seca was July 21. today is August 29.
before i mailed it to your facilities I emailed Ralph for 2 weeks with
no reply. Finally i got a reply and it was so vague. "go to the web
site and download the repair form and send it in . the unit will be
repaired and sent back to you. tell them you talked to me, and any
questions, they should call me." So i went ahead and mailed it over 3
weeks ago. I then emailed customer service repeatedly with vague or no
As far as i know Im down about $400 for this stabilizer. I have a
massive headache. I have no stabilizer. I have no answers. IF for some
act of God that stabilizer somehow miraculously makes it to my front
door, I will be awestruck that you guys were able to do anything
right. Whatever might be the case. Rest assured I will hesitate to
reinstall that stabilizer on my bike. With customer service like this,
I would second guess and doubt the repairs actually took place. This
has to be the most horrendous customer service i have ever received. I
guarantee that I will spread the word about this problem. I am utterly
and the nerve of those fuckers
heres what they said today
look i have ask you a hundred times to get me a tracking number or
something that said that we at gpr have received your stabilizer , but
all you can do is bitch about our service.I NEED TO KNOW THE TRACKING
NUMBER AND WHEN WE RECEIVED IT IF IT EVER MADE IT TO OUR FACTORY .!!!
DID YOU STOP TO THINK MAYBE THE MAIL LOST OR SENT IT TO THE WRONG
PLACE? i have no problem sending you a new stabilizer but i need to
try and find out where it is.it is not our policy to just give out free
stabilizers just because you said you sent it to us. WE NEED TO KNOW
BEFORE I SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT. IF YOU GET TIRED OF E-MAILING ME PLEASE
