So I've currently taken up muay thai boxing as a recreational sport and I love it! its helped me shed a few pounds and has now made me feel good about a work out instead of lugging around a few dumb bells and leaving me feel like I've just done a chore. However i still do weight training to build strength plus i lift rock all day at a marble/granite shop.
I'd like to know if anyone else out there/here (?!?) has found other methods of training to help with there personal "maintenance" of their own temples.
I myself have had issues with my weight ("yoyo" body complex) and now I've found something that has made it worth the effort to keep it at a balance aswell as have fun!
My neighbor whose a motard rider has lent me a couple of DVDs about freestyle riding because A) He's extremely passionate about Motards and B) I've recently been watching alot of motard races and watching those jumps and insane acrobatics that those riders do has given me an inspired appreciation for them.
"On the pipe 2 and Crusty Demons" are what im currently watching as i type away and holy crap thats just sooo amazing how anyone can contort their bodies like that in mid air while on a bike!
