Keith Codeís California Superbike School
If youíve been thinking about going to this school then consider it very seriously. Iím currently down in California and have just completed Level I and II at the Streets of Willow Springs. The weather here has been amazing Ė both days in the 20ís Ė and dry. The day I arrived the wind was blowing like a banshee but both of the days that we were on the track were amazingly warm & calm.
The skills that Iíve learned at the school have been progressive and each drill is added on the previous one. Even if you think you know it all thereís still a lot that you could learn & different ways of doing things. There are people here that have been riding longer than I am old (and thatís a lot of years) and theyíre still returning to learn more from the coaches.
Also, itís great to see Misti Hurst down here doing her thing. Sheís a great coach and she was sure able to straighten me out quickly. Iíve heard nothing but good things from the people that sheís assisted at the school.
Iím off to Thunderhill on Tuesday Ė a different track and a chance to try out the skills that Iíve learned in the first two levels. In the spring I plan on making it down here for Level IV where your skills really get fine-tuned.
Has anyone else taken the school?? Pipe up & let me know what you thought of it.
