I want to buy a new ’08 truck and minimize the “dickering” over price.
In general terms, what can I realistically negotiate out of the equation. For instance, one truck I’m looking at is $20,000 ish, including Ford incentives, delivery etc. Now on top of that there’s the ridiculous $450 admin fee - and on top of that total there’s 12% tax.
The admin fee must go, but what are the likely margin’s that I can realistically bite into.
