Yes and I believe you might be just a little faster this time. I definitely will not be able to keep up with your new bike.

    The early birds.... get chilly!

We had a smilar idea for a ride today but, because of a lot do do today and with the intention of beating the traffic, we left Richmond just after 6 this morning. Had a very pleasant breakfast at the Brackendale Bistro.

    Unfortunately:
    a) We did not quite beat the traffic: even at that time of the morning there was some traffic.
    b) It was pretty darn chilly on the shady S2S!

At least we were back in Richmond by 10:30.

The S2S is pretty much what is known and expected: no sense in trying to hurry or get impatient. At least it is better than riding around the flat, straight roads around Richmond.

You will obviously have a warmer but much more crowded ride: coming back the traffic flow from Vancouver was pretty heavy.
