    tire disposal?

Over the years I've somehow managed to accumulate about 3 sets of used tires.. I can't imagine I'm ever going to use these tires now so my question is -how do I get rid of them?

    thanks.

    Bumpers for your dock...

You can also drop it off at the delalers - given they collect enviro charge (disposal) when you bought the new tires.

hmm. yeah I guess I could cut them up and put them on the new dock we were supposed to be building.. that's a good idea Joe. a bit better than lighting them on fire.. no matter how fun that sounds!

You think it is feasible to just call up a dealer and ask to drop them off?

I would not even bother calling and go there after work. At the back of any shops there should be stacks of used tires. Just add to their collection.

funny the first place that came to mind was Stave too. Anytime you're heading that way feel free to stop by for some firestarter.

Joe I'm not sure about just adding to their collection. I might as well call and see what they say before I resort to those tactics.

Jaybo: I've got some used motor oil that would go well with the tires. It'd make a nice fire.

I think I will be exercising that deal soon. almost did on the weeekend.. But I want to make sure new tires just won't be wasted on my slowness. Plus I think I want to change my gearing.. be warned I should be calling you soon.. make sure your friend isn't grumpy.
