    Good price on Micheline tires!!!

    Hey all

I was doing a search on the internet for some supermoto tires...found this racers webpage...the prices on the Michelin tires are insane and they have free shipping to the border...see link.

Hope this helps some one out there....now if they only carried the Michelin SM tires damn it!!

so what you are saying is that the Pilot 2 CT size
120-70-17 and 160-60-17 is only $305 Canadian at your store.

The US website has them for $276.

    Just want some confirmation.

how much are you guys selling the Michelin SM tires for?

    Thanks

    Moe

Most places round here are 349 + tax + installation.

edit: and those prices aren't that great - you can get em cheaper with free shipping (at least I did last year - paid about 250 to get em to the border)

If you want to save money on tires, get race take-offs. There's lots of pirelli superbike slicks and supercorsa pros around for sale. They're great on the street too, just hafta keep your speed above 150.

so 280 + Tax for 2 tires shipped...

then you got to drive and pick them up...

Then get them across the border (Taxes or whatever they wanna call it there)

Then you need to get them installed. (about $40 bux for mounting and balancing per tire... depending on shopping around and weather the rim is on or off the bike)

so after factoring in all of that.. i'll go to 5th gear and pay them cuz with all that effort i'll spend about 10-20 extra bux to drive my bike there and have them take wheels off and put them back on...

now if it was $136 for a SET then it would be no question!
