Will the items that are over 91 dBA on this list also be subjected to monitoring and fines? If not, why?

I didn't hear any of these last night in my house.
However, I had no problem hearing a few bikes blasting down my quiet street.
A few, every hour, until well after midnight.
I'll break down this list in my shallow view.
Some of those I WANT to hear.
Some of those I HAVE to hear.
A lot of those I WEAR EARPLUGS for (work). Sometimes earplugs inside my hearing proection headphones ;)
Surely you don't suggest I wear earplugs in my living room so people can enjoy a loud motorcycle? In my backyard?
Really, what society would vote for that?
And 'a few short seconds'. Please be real, Only the loudest puck ups and hot rods in Kelowna can be heard anywhere near as far as the big twins blasting around here. And I'm not in favour of them either.
I'm not brand prejudice, but I am noise and inconsiderate prejudice.
