Do you have Frame Sliders?
I would like to know how many of you guys/gals have frame sliders installed on your bikes?
The bikes I usually see dont have sliders, but it seems a lot of the riders here have them. I would like to see what percentage of riders here have them.
Sorry if this has been polled already.. couldnt find it.

I have a 98 zx6r that desperately needs frame sliders. I am looking around a $60 dollar price range...where can I get them in the lower mainland. I don't really like buying things online. Thanks

People often learn the hard way. They are great for little spills going slow. I've seen them on one bike stock but they should be on all of them. I'm guessing that fairing after sales are huge for the bike industry. Maybe that's why.

Wouldn't consider riding without them.

Wow, you even went to the trouble of actually testing them too.....
Unfortunately, I have to drill a hole in the fairing to put them on, so that kind of sucks. I agree with one of the earlier posts, that manufacturers should consider putting them on as standard, or at least leave a place to put them that won't require making a big hole in the fairing.
I want to put some on my bike this year. (before I do an ART course)

might as well put a nice round hole in the fairings yourself than let the ground do it "accidentally"
I thought it would be ugly cuz i had to drill too, but it looks fine.
